Adults only. This website contains adult-oriented material and links to a live adult video-chat service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. By using omegle.black you confirm that you meet this requirement.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of omegle.black ("we", "us", "the Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Who we are — and who we are not

omegle.black is an independent publication and promotional website about random video chat. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Omegle.com, Omegle LLC, or any of its owners or successors. "Omegle" and any related marks are the property of their respective owners; any reference to them is nominative and editorial only.

The Site provides editorial content (articles, guides, reviews) and routes interested adults to a third-party partner that operates the actual live video-chat service. We do not operate that service.

3. Eligibility and age verification

You may use the Site only if you are 18 years of age or older and it is legal to access adult content in your jurisdiction. The Site presents an age confirmation before granting access. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict access where adult content is unlawful.

4. The third-party video-chat service

Live video chat is provided by an independent third-party partner ("the Partner"), loaded through an embedded widget. Your use of the Partner's service is governed by the Partner's own terms and privacy policy, which apply in addition to these Terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the Partner's service, its availability, its pricing, the conduct of its users, or any content transmitted through it. Any account, subscription, or payment is handled entirely by the Partner.

5. Adult content & 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

omegle.black does not produce, host, store, or transmit any sexually explicit or user-generated video, audio, or images. All live video-chat content is generated and transmitted in real time by the third-party Partner and its users. Accordingly, the Site is not a "producer" of any depictions within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Any records-keeping obligations in respect of content shown through the Partner's service rest with the Partner as the producer/custodian of that content. The Partner represents to us that all of its performers are adults aged 18 or over.

6. Affiliate / advertising disclosure

Our relationship with the Partner is a paid affiliate relationship: we may earn a commission when you sign up for or use the Partner's service through links or widgets on the Site. This does not change the price you pay. We provide this disclosure in the spirit of the U.S. FTC guidelines on endorsements and similar consumer-protection rules. Editorial opinions on the Site are our own.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Site and the Partner service, you agree that you will not:

use the service while under 18, or expose any minor to it;
transmit, request, or solicit content involving minors — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities;
engage in illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or non-consensual conduct;
record, screenshot, or redistribute another user's video, audio, or likeness without their consent;
post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others;
use the service for spam, fraud, solicitation, or unauthorized commercial purposes;
attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or Partner systems.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's original text, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site's content without permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content published on omegle.black infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@omegle.black including: identification of the work; the URL of the material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. Complaints about content within the live chat itself should be directed to the third-party Partner, which controls that content.

10. Disclaimers — no warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or the Partner service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of objectionable content. Content on the Site is for general information and entertainment and is not professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the Partner service, including your interactions with other users. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or the Partner service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Disputes

These Terms do not designate a specific national governing jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved on an individual basis only — you and we each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country or state of residence, which continue to apply to you regardless of anything stated here.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
