Adults only (18+). omegle.black is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how omegle.black ("we", "us") handles information when you visit the Site. omegle.black is an independent publication that also routes adults to a third-party video-chat partner ("the Partner"). This policy covers our Site only. The Partner processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

2. Information we collect

The Site is a largely static publication and does not require you to create an account with us. We handle limited data:

Age confirmation. Your confirmation that you are 18+ is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your device. It is not transmitted to us.
Usage analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (e.g. page views and anonymous events) to understand traffic. Where possible we use a cookieless analytics method that does not identify you personally.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, user-agent, referring page, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

3. Camera, microphone and the live chat

The live video chat is operated by the third-party Partner through an embedded widget. When you start a chat, the Partner — not omegle.black — requests access to your camera and microphone and processes that media. We do not receive, record, store, or have access to your video or audio. Your camera/microphone use within the chat is governed by the Partner's privacy policy and terms.

4. Cookies & local storage

We aim to keep the Site cookie-light. The age gate uses browser localStorage rather than cookies. The third-party Partner widget may set its own cookies or local storage when you interact with the chat; those are controlled by the Partner. You can clear or block storage in your browser settings.

5. How we use information

We use the limited data above to operate and secure the Site, prevent abuse and fraud, understand aggregate usage, comply with legal obligations, and measure the performance of our affiliate referrals. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Third parties & affiliate links

The Site contains affiliate links/widgets to the Partner; we may earn a commission when you use the Partner's service (see our Terms). Third parties we rely on may include our hosting provider, analytics provider, and the Partner. Each processes data under its own terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.

7. Legal bases (EEA/UK — GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process data on these bases: legitimate interests (securing the Site, preventing abuse, aggregate analytics, measuring referrals), consent (where required, e.g. non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (compliance and record-keeping).

10. Data retention

We retain aggregate analytics and server logs only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We do not maintain personal user profiles.

11. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

13. Children

The Site is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates take effect when posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
